Company History

The company was formed on the 20th January 1995 from a management buyout of the Professional Indemnity Insurance account held by 'East Sussex Finance & Insurance Services Ltd' who had been offering Professional Indemnity to clients over 8 years, however all the existing brokers and staff involved with the old company's Professional Indemnity Department, transferred to the new formation 'Professional Insurance Agents Limited', who can truly offer a total of 20 years experience in this field.

There are in fact very few brokers who actually specialise in professional indemnity insurance, directors and officers insurance and intellectual property insurance, that can offer a personalised, dedicated broker services to clients with links to leading underwriters, insurers and the Lloyd's and London markets.

Finally with the mixed worlds of the 'wonder of technology vs. human being' it is sometimes easy to forget traditional values – we won't! To us it will always be client first, be it via LiveBroker, E-mail, fax, phone or in person.
